I had a decent stay with some positives and negatives. The apartment I booked had excellent facilities and beautiful views of Melbourne, making it a great value for money. However, I was disappointed by the issues with cleanliness and uncomfortable furniture in the apartment that affected my overall experience.

My experience at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The location was fantastic, just next to the South Yarra train station, which made getting around Melbourne effortless. The apartment was modern and offered a spectacular view of the skyline, but I was disappointed that housekeeping didn't replenish essentials during my stay. The reception staff were cheerful and helpful, making the service enjoyable overall, though at times they seemed overwhelmed. Despite some minor issues, the overall value for money was good.

My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant, thanks to the clean and comfortable studio room and the outstanding service from the staff, especially during a challenging situation with my booking. The location is fantastic, close to transportation and excellent dining options. The only downside was the bathroom needing renovation and some issues with heating in the flat, which made for a less than ideal experience.

I was really looking forward to my stay, but unfortunately, it was quite disappointing due to numerous cleanliness issues. My room was not ready when I arrived, which was a letdown. On the brighter side, the location is excellent with convenient access to the train station, and the spacious apartment had a great setup. Service could use improvement since the staff seemed overwhelmed, but the amenities were decent overall.

However, on the downside, there were a few maintenance issues that needed attention. Additionally, while the kitchen was functional, it could use more counter space for cooking. But the views from my apartment were absolutely stunning, which made up for a lot.
